They came out to my house within an hour’s notice of my mold inspector giving them a call, to assess whether the exterior of my home needed to be treated for mold in the middle of a construction project. We had a great experience with Best Option Restoration. Mike with the mitigation team was very quick and responsive when we had a leak. We had a very frustrating experience with our insurance and Alexys was very helpful and stayed on top of them. She kept us informed and made the process smooth. We also enjoyed working with Jose and his reconstruction team. They were professional, hard working, and had great workmanship. Overall the whole team was great to work with and had fast and helpful communication. We will definitely use them for our next project!
Mike and Mr. Jay with the mitigation team were exceptional!! They helped us out throughout the whole process. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and every time he came by our home, he treated us as if we were his only concern. He had contacts to help with plumbing, tile, drywall, the works. I couldn't be happier with the way we were treated and helped throughout the process. Great job guys......wouldn't recommend anyone else.
