The restoration team was excellent — fast, professional, and thorough. I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the construction side was very disappointing. The work was completed without proper inspections, no walkthrough was done, and the bathroom was not restored to its original condition. The drywall finishing in the basement required rework, and flooring was damaged during the process, which took months to resolve. Communication from management was poor. I was repeatedly told someone would follow up, but weeks would pass while payment was still being requested despite unresolved issues. I recommend reviewing your contract carefully and confirming all terms in writing before proceeding.

I had an ice damn on my roof that caused a ceiling and wall leak in my bedroom. My insurance company sent Paul Davis to do the water remediation and repair work. Paul Davis was very responsive and thorough. Angel Silva was great at keeping me informed through every step of the remediation process. The area in my room was sealed off so that no debris or dust would affect the rest of my home. Angel even came out on a Sunday to pick up the remediation equipment. I am now waiting for the reconstruction team to start the ceiling and wall repairs. I hope that goes smoothly too. Update: My project manager, Rubin, was fantastic! He communicates everything clearly, was punctual, and has the job finished within the time frame he gave me. His crew did an amazing job and I am more than happy with the repairs.
