MDL gave us excellent service and the work they did is beautiful! We have a 90-yo colonial brick house that sprang a leak in the master bath, resulting in damage to the living room below. This meant demolishing and rebuilding the bathroom to get to the plumbing, remediating for water damage, fixing the LR ceiling, and then repainting the entire LR. From the estimating to the signing of the CO at the project conclusion, MDL was professional, timely, responsive, hard-working, and talented! Our small bathroom floor had two layers of tile to remove (prior owner fun!), and the removal of the old concrete around the pipes presented challenges that MDL patiently and expertly handled. The plaster and lathe behind the shower walls were no picnic either! The three new tile designs we picked for the shower walls and floor, and for the bathroom floor, were expertly installed and grouted, and the entire bathroom is a new work of art! Thankfully, MDL’s relationship with our homeowner’s insurance (GEICO) meant the inevitable - but modest - change order for the shower door and extra labor (that concrete!!) were easily managed. We also need to mention that every day they were here, the contractors were always pleasant. They were here about 9-10 days total, they cleaned up the site every day, and they took all trash and debris with them. If they had personal trash outside (water bottles? cigarette butts?), we never noticed. Thank you, MDL! I hope we don’t need you again, but if we do, we know who to call!

Eric from MDL Restoration came to my house today and did a wonderful job. He quickly came out on a Sunday, hours before a blizzard, to remove carpeting and sheetrock that was damaged due to a break in the water line that enters our house. He was courteous and professional, had all the tools needed, explained what he was doing each step of the way, and answered all of our questions. Referred to us by our neighbors, the MDL Restoration team worked with us from the very beginning of our roof leak and wind driven rain issue that damaged our master bathroom and bedroom, communicating closely with our insurance for their remediation and restoration. Words can't express our gratitude and the patience their team had working with our busy schedules as we got the external repairs completed. Needless to say, we not only got a restored bedroom and bathroom, we were able to add a few small creature comforts/finishes (purchased from Amazon) in the bath like a towel warmer, heated tile floor, antifogging mirror, and a premium Kohler shower with configurable presets for myself and my wife. Our photos speak for themselves. Their subcontractors were all respectful and clean. If we experience another issue again, we will be calling MDL for sure. Thanks to Eric and Mark for making this an easy process for us. For the customer commenting on here about the lack of communication within the MDL team, they probably don't understand nor appreciate the complexity and dynamics of managing multiple projects—as a customer, it's still your job to communicate and reiterate expectations (to the project manager and again to the onsite team) because no one cares more about the outcome than you do.
