I have had the best experience with TRT! Several weeks ago, I discovered some serious ice-dam-related water damage (i.e., water literally dripping from the walls and ceiling) in my guest bathroom, prompting me to show up, in a panic, to the the TRT office completely unannounced near the end of the workday. I was welcomed rather than turned away, and a crew immediately delivered commercial grade fans and a commercial grade dehumidifier to my home. That equipment stayed there until my room was replaced, and, in the interim, a TRT crew-member visited my home every couple of days to check on the moisture levels of the space. My home's roof was replaced one day, and the next day TRT staff were at my home demolishing the damaged wall. They provided even more equipment to dry out the space as thoroughly as possible and best ensure that I did not have to demolish/replace the tiled shower in the space. I was happy to learn today that the tiled shower is safe and the space will be fully cleaned on Monday. Beyond helping me mitigate the water damage in my guest bathroom, TRT will also remove newly-discovered black mold in my basement and garage; they discovered that my backyard spigot is leaking into my home's wall, and they even offered to secure a plumber for me to help with the job. I think it's important to note exactly how wonderful it has been to work with TRT. Every single person that I have interacted with on Parker's team has been nothing short of lovely. They have been respectful of my schedule and have helped me miss as little work as possible during this ordeal. They have made everything as affordable as possible for me. They have been patient and affectionate with my pets (two dogs and one cat). They have answered any and all of my questions. They even gifted me with a moisture meter so that I may keep better track of the state of my aging home. I am extremely grateful to be working with TRT, and I cannot recommend them more!

TRT has more than helped from my first call. Ryan, Zach, and Parker are experts, answered all my questions, works w/insurance for/with me. If you want to work with a friend, they have your back. My project just started...I'm still calm. Thank you TRT

We found this company on google due to great ratings. Maybe because the first employee we were in contact with, Zack, was awesome and on top of everything. First week in we found out he had left… totally makes sense.. I won’t get into details but just know when first meeting him and starting this project it seems like he was overwhelmed and just had it. 3 bathroom floors/toilets/vanities… 10/11 weeks… the process seemed to be a way just to have their equipment running at our house, for weeks, checking on it maybe everyday but leaving it over the weekend just to get that extra time? Insane to me. The whole process was horrible. We had gone through our home owners insurance, instantly when I asked for an invoice (which we didn’t receive at first , they sent to our insurance and idk they just assumed we just send what they sent to us?regardless I keep track of everything and asking for an invoice seemed to be an inconvenience for them) for our first 2 bathrooms, I get no detailed invoice. Just a basic ‘migration services’ and an amount due. It just blows my mind, no details, labor, equipment used… just slapping a number on the invoice… And not only that, but the money gets sent to you to obviously pay them, but you’ll get calls and text messages starting that day and daily about them getting paid. Very unprofessional and quite annoying. The absolute only reason I’m giving 2 stars (would be 1) is the one employee that was on top of it for us and kept up with this, Tommy. Very very hard worker, you could tell he does it all if not most. Respectful, knows what he’s doing. Thanks Tommy! You were awesome! If they lose him.. like they did Zack. Good Luck.
