I will not be having the air tested as I wanted. It won't matter in my case because i am moving out of this environmental hazard of an apartment this weekend. He understood my issues. Don't remember his name .... i want to say Mark ... but am not positive but he was pretty awesome on the phone. Informative and kind. Honest and helpful. If I had the cash .... I would definitely have this company do the job just because he "got it" ....
