Jeff, Sam and Matt couldn't have been any nicer or kinder - from their willingness to travel a distance to help me with my mold situation, to their professionalism and excellent communication throughout the entire process! They fit me in their schedule very quickly, which was a relief due to my health issues. They arrived when they said they would, they took time to go through all my concerns in the house and then left my house in perfect order. I cannot recommend the Mold Pros of Western PA team highly enough!
My father-in-law was having some drainage issues that were causing mold to grow throughout his house. I did a quick search and noticed that this was the highest rated company in the area, and they had received outstanding reviews. I spoke to the owner of the company, Jeff, who was extremely knowledge about the subject, and he answered all the questions that we had. We spoke for 20 something minutes then promptly put us on his schedule within a day or two. The day of the visit, Jeff presented us a slide show, videos, statistics, and his procedures to take care of the mold. His presentation to us was top notch and very professional. By the end of his presentation all of us in the room listening were very impressed and knew we could count on him and his sons to take care of the job. My fathers-in-law house is now mold free and healthy for him to be in thanks to Jeff and his sons. Jeff has helped with mitigation strategies post visit to prevent the mold from coming back (which is practically zero anyways) until necessary outdoor repairs are made to prevent moisture in the first place. 5/5 Stars, will recommend to others, use personally in the future. I was having issues with mold, the mold pros came out. To start they were very friendly, quickly found and addressed the issue and scheduled a day for them to come get rid of the mold. They showed up with their trucks and suits and got to work fogging the house. Once they were done all the mold was gone and I felt relieved being able to breathe fresh air again! From start to finish theyre communication was top notch they answered all my questions and were super friendly! 10/10 would reccomend!
