This is our second project with Bactronix (mold remediation 6 years ago, duct cleaning now). The two technicians Glenn and Brenden were both very professional and pleasant to work with. They arrived on time as scheduled and immediately went to work. Glenn was very thorough in explaining the entire process and exactly what they would be doing throughout the house. They were extremely thoughtful with setting up a number of precautions to avoid getting the carpets/floors dirty or damaging anything inside the home. Glenn answered all of my questions and the job was completed within the timeframe discussed. My wife and I have immediately seen the affects of the cleaning as our allergies have improved. The entire process was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. Chris in the office was also very professional and explained everything in detail prior to scheduling. Great company to work with!
Bactronix, Joel and Josiah technicians, arrived at my home on time to clean my homes air ducts/returns. They cleaned all covers, wiped areas on the vents and floor prior to reinstalling them and checked all areas they worked to be sure everything was properly done. They were very professional and thorough. After speaking with them during the course of time, I could tell they loved what they were doing as a profession and enjoyed their job. They're very meticulous, personable and a great pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend this service. The price was reasonable considering the process and work performed.
