We recently had a scary mold problem in our basement, and Bactronix came to the rescue! They were able to schedule us quickly, which was a huge relief! Corey and Justin were friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. They did a wonderful job, left everything clean and neat, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
I wanted to give a shout-out to Bob and Frank for the amazing job they did cleaning our vents. They were professional, informative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We have two dogs, and they were very kind and patient with them, which we really appreciated. They took the time to explain each step of the process, were respectful of our home, and even showed us before-and-after pictures at the end so we could see the results. They cleaned up everything thoroughly when they were finished. We had been putting off this project for a while, and we’re so happy we finally got it done. Bob and Frank made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Bought a house 16 months ago that never had air-duct maintenance so we scheduled a job for mid-December. Chris C. called & let me know there was a cancellation & they could squeeze me in if I was able: 3 days later Gino & Jeff showed up 5 mins early and knocked out a 1750 sq ft job in 2.5 hours. Best price for all the work they did, especially compared to other companies in the Pittsburgh area (north hills area).
