Could not be happier with Top Shelf! They came out to look immediately and sent the quote over right away. When they opened the wall where the water damage had happened, they discovered that there was still a leak. They were very flexible - they paused the work and came back right away once we were sure the roof was fixed. They also immediately addressed another section when we realized a water stain on the ceiling of the floor below had been caused by the same leak. Communication, thoroughness, cleanliness, professionalism - all top notch! And we even got a photo/video timeline of their work so we could see everything that went into it. Plus the 5-year warranty! I feel so much better now that the mold is gone.

Top Shelf Mold Removal did a phenomenal job assessing the damage done to my mom's home. They explained their process and billing honestly and followed through with all of the elements of our contract/work agreement. They quickly got to work protecting the unaffected areas covering the furniture with plastic, protecting the floors, and isolating their work area so as not to risk contaminating the rest of the house. They removed all of the water-logged, clothes, furniture and other items that were stored in my mom's basement and demo'd all of the water-logged walls and materials. After completely clearing the basement, powder room, kitchen and pantry, they scraped down all of the surfaces, shop-vacuumed everything, and treated all of the surfaces sanitizing everything. Also, they removed mountains of bags of destroyed items, and disposed of them. They're conscientious and really seem to take pride in their work. This was a rare experience.
