We had water damage to the flooring and drywall near our HVAC unit due to a leak caused by faulty installation. Dan was the best project manager ever. I must have spoken to him on the phone 20 times over the course of the restoration and the guy always answered by the second ring. He gave instant responses when we had questions or needed him. He helped us communicate with our homeowner's insurance, walked us through every step of the restoration, and made sure we were satisfied with the quality of the work. The crew was terrific and worked quickly and thoroughly. These guys are honest too -- I accidentally overpaid the final invoice by $1k and Dan called me back instantly to fix it. Water damage to your home is a stressful experience and these guys helped make our house a home again. Wouldn't hesitate to call Jefferson again, but hoping it'll be a long time until we do.
Mike was very easy to work with. He explained everything to the insurance adjuster and did amazing work based on the adjuster’s inspection of my property after the demo they performed. I had the check to cover my claim deposited to my account on the same day of the adjuster’s inspection, which gave me peace of mind that the work would be covered by my homeowner’s policy. Mike and his team were great throughout the process! I will recommend to all my friends, family, and church members! Thank you very much!
