Buckle up for a rave review! After my condo flooded earlier this summer, Jefferson was able to be on the scene doing water removal within the hour. They had the demo done in two days and the entire rebuild was done in a months time. Anyone who has dealt with flooding can attest to what a nightmare it is and Ben & team were a godsend during that stressful time. I can honestly say that hiring them was truly the silver lining of the whole situation. Working with Jefferson is for anyone who values consistency, transparency, punctuality, mom honest communication and above & beyond service. There were no surprise costs sprung on me and they went out of their way to include finishing touches just to put the cherry on top of a wonderful customer service experience! It honestly felt like white glove services compared to the typical experience myself and most people have had in the past when dealing with contractors. Furthermore, they got the work done at lighting speed without having to sacrifice quality in the slightest! Thanks to them, I don’t even have to go to pay to go to a spa anymore because Ben & his team essentially transformed my bathroom into one lol!
Ben took my initial inquiry, then Dan took over the project. All staff were polite and thorough with answering my questions and addressing concerns. They were awesome with our dogs and cats too:)!. Jefferson`s crews did a great job remodeling our bathrooms after a leak we had. Communications has been seamless. I highly recommend this restoration company for anyone needing water mitigating work. We are so greatful! Thank you Andres, Dima, and the team!
Outstanding service! The team was super responsive, explained the assessment thoroughly, and took all the hassle out of dealing with insurance. Top-notch customer service and quality craftsmanship. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
