They treated the work being completed as if it were their homes. Their positive energy made a stressful situation not so bad. While getting a new kitchen floor installed, water damage and mold was discovered underneath. Needing a company to deal with such issues, I was lucky enough to find Elite Restoration. From the first contact with Arthur to the estimate with the owner Bill, it was clear that this company was totally professional. They needed to remove a section of sheet rock and replace the wood door molding. The worker who performed the work, Carlos was wonderful! The work was completed with attention to details and perfection. He treated my home the same way he would treat his own. Bill showed up the same day I called, was prompt, professional, and thorough. He checked the area where I believed I had water damage and mold in my bathroom floor.
