I had a very unusual situation happen last month in Pittsburgh, I live in Charlotte NC. My brother who is now deceased lived in Pittsburgh. He was found deceased in his home during a wellness check after 4 days. Least I say it was a horrific scene. Cause of death was called a GI bleed out. I called ServPro and begged them to be able to clean, remove carpets and sterilize the home before we arrived. They were able to accommodate our needs in less than 24hrs. This is when our Angel from ServPro showed up, his name is Kevin Martin. He and his team arrived at the home and started their magic under his supervision. Once we got to the home it was in a condition that was more than tolerable. His knowledge, demeanor, professionalism was over the top. What struck us the most was his empathy and sympathy toward our grieving . Kevin was the perfect person at the perfect time to help get us through an extremely troubling time and situation. His encouragement and understanding of our situation made the entire ordeal went extremely well. You guys are Lucky to have him representing your company, hats off to the HR department who hired him. Ok. Here is a shout out to employee , Katelyn Gout. Started rough as the office provided her with the wrong address to our church and sent her to Pittsburgh instead of Clarion county first but she took the time to still drive the entire way up here and meet me to try and help us out. This is above and beyond the call of duty and she should be commended for this act of professionalism. Such a pleasure to work with. Our little church suffered a catastrophic furnace malfunction which has caused a real mess and I personally appreciate as a service employee myself that there are some people out here willing to go above and beyond to service a customer. You folks better figure out a way to keep this girl employed with your company. There isn't many left

Over Easter weekend a pipe broke in my master bath and I gave Servepro a call and they came out immediately. Andrea and her team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They were very Professional kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on and I truly appreciate everything they did for me thanks guys. You were wonderful.
