The left side Second down pane which was broken by a stranger knocking too hard was to be cleaned up and repaired and repainted in such a manner that you could never tell a window had been broken and replaced. Matthew, the manager assigned came the very next day Reynolds was approved by my insurance company to do the job. He was friendly, professional, a great listener and left me no doubt this high level of craftsmanship would be carried through to my satisfaction. When his team came to do the job, the 70 year old glass was matched and cut by a glass company the same day the carpenter/ painter, Jonas removed the damaged panes wood edge trim pieces to be reused and the putty, paint and remaining broken glass to be discarded. The work area was meticulously tarped and taped off. All wood receiving the pane and painted was sanded. The new perfectly matched glass cut to be the pane was installed with points and putty and the panes wood trim pieces reinstalled and nailed in. The entire front facade received an ample coat of paint and all pains were razor trimmed of excess paint on the pains. This was executed perfectly as only a seasoned experienced tradesman could do. The cleanup was complete and without even a spec of debree. Paperwork got signed. Checks for the job made and taken. Total time of the work performed from arrival to departure was 5 1/2 hours. I couldn’t be happier with this outstanding work completed. Thank you guys!

Wesley, manager from Reynolds worked closely with me to take care of all damaged items to restore to our satisfaction. Their team does great job. I recommend the company for home restoration.

We had a leak from a copper drain pipe from our toilet, so it was a project we needed to have professionals fix. Both their water mitigation and restoration teams were involved. The final job we are happy with, but the process was painful. All the personnel were very friendly and professional which made the issues a little easier to get through. Reynold's worked with our Home owners insurance and are one of the contractors Westfield Insurance works with on a regular basis. We did not chose Reynold's, Westfield insurance did, but in the end the work got completed and our walls and ceiling are back together and painted.
