I can’t speak more highly of Adam and his team at We Know Mold. Our home had 3-floors damaged due to a terrible rainstorm. Adam came out THAT NIGHT within an hour of me calling him to inspect the damage. He was able to get his crew in the following day (he was evening willing to start working that first evening). He guaranteed the work would be done in 4 days and he delivered his promise. He was very informative about the process and what to expect. He walked me through all of the details in great length. He was also extremely compassionate and empathetic, knowing how scary of a situation this is for someone who does not deal with water damage on the daily. He willingly spoke with our insurance company to ensure they had all the proper documentation of damage. He was punctual, easy to communicate with, and respectful of our home.
