Milo and his team of technicians were absolutely amazing! They were prompt, courteous, professional, hardworking, and extremely respectful of our home. They completed the job efficiently and left everything spotless. The quote we received was well below what we had expected, and there were no surprises. Their work ethic and attention to detail were truly impeccable. After the initial work was completed, they took me into the basement to review everything they had done. I noticed that some shelving had not been removed. Justin immediately reviewed the contract, acknowledged that he had overlooked that item, and took full responsibility. He offered to stay and complete the work that evening, but we agreed it would be fine for him to return the following day. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. The team also took the time to recommend a few simple things we could do outside the house to help prevent water from getting into the basement. We followed their suggestions, and after a heavy rain, our basement remained completely dry. Throughout the entire project, they were incredibly careful with our belongings and left everything neat and clean. John and Harrison were INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL and did a wonderful job cleaning out our HVAC ductwork, disinfecting the whole system (including wiping down the registers!), and cleaning everything up afterwards. Not even 4 hours end-to-end. They took pictures before and after and holy smokes did our system need cleaned! Very glad we had them out and I highly recommend Mold Medics for residential and industrial HVAC cleaning and disinfecting.
