Stop Restoration took very good care of our family during our experience with them and the painting of our home. Before STOP became involved we had been working with our insurance for almost 10 months trying to repair the damage from our kitchen dishwasher. Once STOP Restoration stepped in the process shifted into full speed. The team all came out to the house to evaluate how they could best help us and get us back up into our normal home life ASAP. The appointments and surveys of the damage were managed very professionally. They worked around our crazy family schedules to make our appointments possible. We had new floors installed by a family friend and they came the following day to paint the trim and walls. The painting crew was extremely prompt and respectful of our home and our pets. We were unable to move out during the time of the restoration but they were so kind and patient as they work around our few pieces of furniture we had to leave in the great room and den. The communication was open and clear. They worked well with my insurance and were able to answer almost all of my questions regarding the details of the events. I highly recommend them.
