They were the only company to respond quickly, and the same day to my mold situation at a rental. They also were able to do a fogging and helped keep me informed along the way! Would recommend! Very easy to talk to and treat you like a person, not a number.

Absolute scam . Pure Maint. Portland just dry fogged and nothing more and charged an overpriced fee. There's no air scrubbing, no wiping, no hepa vacuuming....and waaa laaa mold spores blown all over your house. Dead mold spores are just as dangerous and harmful. Now, any moisture that comes into contact with the spores they didn't clean up will now be 100 times worse than before because the spores were blown and spread all over and into the nooks and cranny's in your living room, br, kitchen, closets, under baseboards, everywhere!. Let's say if you boil water for spaghetti or shower or leave a window cracked when there's even a minute bit of moisture outside that's blowing in, run your dryer or dishwasher, etc....trust me, you'll be dealing with mold again. Humidity is caused by just living and breathing in your home. Don't believe the fake reviews and their BS where they are so good at BS they could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. I fell for it without doing proper research and now out over $1300 for basically nothing. My advice, Get at least 3 opinions from real experts that deal with and remediate mold properly and can guide you to a more healthy home. Even consider to Hire a home inspector that has expert knowledge. When I finally got well informed and did my proper research then asked more technical questions during their onsite treatment, they could NOT answer questions they should know the answers to. Another thing... their mold readings will show positive results because they take the readings immediately after a treatment when the air is still filled with their fog chemical. Of course it's going to show spore count is lowered. SMH Go read Texas Pure Maint. reviews because they go above and beyond...they fog, wipe with proper antimicrobials, air scrub, hepa vac, then do a chlorine dioxide treatment AND on top of that guarantee their work (without a BS clause) with a very favorable warranty that doesn't rip off the customer. Wish I could get my money back because the mold came back within 1 1/2 month and is 100 times worse now. It's so bad now we have to practically get rid of everything we own , which isn't much, ( FYI - my house is not at all dirty... it's ocd clean other than the musty mold that came back with a vengeance)
