I spent the last 10 months working with the team at Oregon Restoration to restore my kitchen and laundry room after a disastrous refrigerator leak. From their cleanup team led by Jesse, to their Estimator, Danielle Sughrue, to the restoration Project Manager, Robert Stone, I can recommend the entire team. Everyone was professional, respectful and concerned to get me the best possible outcome. Danielle fought for 8 months with my insurance company to convince them to replace my entire hardwood floor instead of patching in an area that would have always shown. She was responsive to my emails, texts and calls and went through a lot of work to finalize a settlement that had my best interest in mind. Once insurance was settled, Robert quickly scheduled contractors and work started right away. He was responsive to my emails, texts and calls and took care of any details requiring attention that I passed along to him. He regularly communicated contractor scheduling with me and the process went as smooth as possible with all of the work that needed done. The restoration took two months to complete. I was pleased with all of the contractors they used for drywall and painting, cabinetry, tiling and the new hardwood floor. Robert always checked to make sure I was pleased with the results. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Caleb, who provided the finishing work at the end. He was calm, precise, detailed and a joy to work with. I hope I never go through this again, but can definitely recommend this team.

I had an awesome experience with the crawlspace crew at Oregon Restoration! My project leads (James and Matt) were so knowledgeable and the whole crew was friendly and professional. Some of the newer team members were even excited to learn from the special set-up I had installed. For reference: the crew installed French drains and a sump pump system, which included a backup pump, backup battery, and sensor system. They also added dimple board and a new vapor barrier. Throughout the process, they worked closely with me to ensure I received the exact setup I wanted, giving me peace of mind that my crawlspace would be mold-free moving forward. I want to give a special shoutout to James and Matt. As an anxious homeowner during this process, I found them to be incredibly kind and understanding. They patiently answered all my questions—no matter how silly or repetitive—without hesitation. They provided regular updates by calling or texting at the beginning and end of each workday, along with photos of the project's progress. Also, James took the time to visit our home a couple of days after the initial installation of the pumps. He happened to be in our area for on-call work and just wanted to ensure everything was functioning properly, which it of course was. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and cares about the job being done well. During that same visit, he even moved around packed boxes for me as I was preparing the rest of our home and belongings for mold remediation! It’s clear that James and the rest of the crew genuinely cared about protecting my home and easing my anxiety. My crew included James T., Matt, Jake W., Ryan P., Jalen, Cris, Sean, and Zach. Shelby and David B. Arrived at our mothers home to do some home restoration after a small fire we had. They were kind, patient, and understanding to our 82 yr old mom. These two young workers stayed on task and did a complete removal of damaged carpet and cleanup afterwards. They were professional and didn't stop until the job was completed.
