He made the phone call during our first initial days in a hotel, and they showed up on site the next day following the phone call. Everyone was professional, easy to work with, and truly cared about getting our home back to the way it was before the fire. The attention to detail from the entire crew really showed throughout the whole process, and it's clear they care about the quality of their work. A huge thank you to Phillip, Mario, Chase, Corey, Ian, Jacob, Jay (the painter), Chris, and Keith. Every person we worked with was friendly, communicated well, and took pride in what they were doing. It never felt like we were just another job. They listened to our concerns, kept us updated, and always made time to answer our questions. Going through a house fire is something I wouldn't wish on anyone, but having a team like this made a stressful situation a lot more manageable. The team at ServPlus is truly amazing. We had a flood from our bathroom into our kitchen - in an emergency situation on a Friday night, Chris helped us get Philip out here to immediately help mitigate the damages. The team has been back daily since to continue to move around dryers, monitor moisture levels and do everything to ensure we can save as much as possible. We are so lucky to be working with them!
