PDX Restoration ServicesMold Remediation in Milwaukie, OR

PDX Restoration Services truly went above and beyond for us during a stressful emergency when our kitchen needed immediate mitigation and drying. From the moment we reached out, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with, they brought a sense of calm and order to what could have been a really overwhelming situation. Reuben in particular was outstanding. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process in a way that was clear and easy to understand, making sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. He was extremely communicative, always checking in and getting our approval before moving forward with anything, which we really appreciated. It never felt like decisions were being made without us, we felt fully informed and supported the entire time. On top of that, Reuben handled coordination with our insurance company seamlessly. He was proactive, organized, and clearly experienced in working through the claims process, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. Knowing that piece was being handled so well made a big difference for us. The entire PDX Restoration team was efficient, thorough, and respectful of our home throughout the process. They worked quickly without cutting corners and made sure everything was properly dried and taken care of. If you ever find yourself in need of restoration services, especially in an urgent situation, I highly recommend PDX Restoration Services. They delivered excellent service, clear communication, and real peace of mind when we needed it most.

Reuben at PDX Restoration helped us address water damage in our house. Reuben was immediately responsive and communication was seamless. They were able to get a team to address our issue within the week and did a walkthrough of the work once completed, along with sending us a summary report. Thank you Reuben for all of your help and advice.
