We had a roof inspection done with another company that made us concerned about mold in our attic. Our realtor recommended Alpha Environmental to us and when I called, they were able to get me scheduled right away. Ana answered all of my questions and reassured me when I had concerns. Chris from the Salem Branch came out to inspect my home. He was very kind and very thorough. I made a decision to book my remediation through them and they were able to get that service booked right away. I really appreciated the comprehensive report both before and after the service. While I hope I never have mold in my home again, I would gladly book with Alpha Environmental for future services.
