A little disappointed with the Flood Rescue crew that worked on my house. I had a hot water tank leak that made it's way into a bedroom and soaked the wall and carpet. Flood Rescue initially came our same day and began work, mitigated the issue, dried it all out. But after that (and payment was made), they up and left. They left the baseboards off the wall, didnt pull carpet back in place, and left the walls unpainted. when I spoke to them about it, they said they could send someone over to fix it, but they only put the basebords back. My calls and text have not been returned. Buyer beware.
Excellent service! Needed them 2x for an AC leak & they provided immediate service every time! They’re available 24/7 btw… grateful for that! Thank you so much - Caleb x2, Ryan, Braylon, Kaden & Cody! (Sorry for forgetting the other 2 names.) Such a pleasure doing business with you all! Friendly, professional, respectful & just easy to talk to!! Definitely trust them for our home needs. Highly recommend!!
Please believe the positive comments on Flood Rescue on your AI / Google search. Saturday pipe rupture and Flood Rescue arrives to start the home recovery process. Flood Rescue staff assessed and deployed their equipment with the highest level of professionalism and respect for our home and situation. Their extensive experience pointed us to the crafts / repair groups best qualified to bring our home back to a better condition and within the budget. In addition, that experience guided us through an optimal path towards a satisfactory and cooperative settlement with our insurance company. Home flooding is a most unsettling experience and Flood Rescue made an extremely calamitous situation much more of a group of wise decisions.
