Friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive! I called the office to have testing done short-notice on a property I am currently purchasing. Daniel was able to get out to the property within a day to conduct his assessment. He was quick and efficient and had our report back to us the following day so we could quickly decide what we wanted to do as far as purchase negotiations. We really appreciate their fast response and expertise and will be using them in the future for all our testing needs.

Great service! Daniel was very accommodating and good with communication. He had a pleasant, upbeat attitude. He answered all my questions, and he seemed well-educated on the subject. He got us in for the pre-test same-day. Also, he moved up the post-test to accommodate my schedule. He kept us appraised of his arrival time and communicated the test results in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Daniel for great service!

We’ve hired Daniel to come out multiple times over the past few years, after he initially found mold in our house that was making our family sick! He found the invisible spot through moisture in the wall, and I think he came out the same day that I called.(I was in a panic!) His reports are thorough and explained what kinds were in our house and at what levels, and he includes his suggestions for how to get it safely removed. He’s been back out every time I’ve been scared, even for peace of mind, and I refer him to all my friends to get checked! Daniel is the best!
