We discovered a leak in our laundry room that had been leaking for quite some time unnoticed. We found quite a bit of mold and called Advanced Restoration. Korey responded within 24 hours and explained the mold remediation process and reasonable bid. They quickly went to work to get rid of the mold and retest. Once we got the all clear, Josh arranged reconstruction within 24 hours of the all clear. He explained the process and gave a reasonable bid. The next day his guy came out and spent the entire day until 6pm rebuilding and repairing the drywall, repainting and even reconnected my washing machine before leaving. Both Korey and Josh returned phone calls and text message very quickly. They made a horrible mold problem seem easy and stress free. Highly recommend this company and these gentlemen.

Randy with advanced restoration did an amazing job. They came in after a previous company had done next to nothing causing more damage to our home and helped repair it really quickly. They quickly disposed of the contamination and got everything going. Once we were able to get the insurance money paid out, they were able to complete all of the repairs within seven days so that we could move back into our home after being out of it for a month. They also worked really well with our budget as insurance didn’t cover everything. We were able to get everything completed that we needed within the budget we had with just a few compromises. Extremely happy with the work that is done.

Randy and his crew were onsite within 3hrs of our initial call to them! He assessed our water issues and had baseboards removed, water vacuumed and fans running within 5hrs! 4 days later we are dry and back to normal. He monitored our project each day and his communication with myself and my client throughout the entire process was fantastic! 5-star and top notch! Thank you Randy!
