Very professional interactions with the company. They came in, set up containment correctly, cleaned thoroughly with the HEPA vacuum before removing each item from the containment area. Passed a very thorough post-remediation mold inspection. We are very happy with the results and look forward to our rebuild!

Phillip was great. He was my forth call in search of a water cleanup crew when I had a pipe burst in the slab while I was out of state for work. He answered immediately and helped me navigate not only the cleanup, but the whole process. He gave me a quote up front and stood by it. His sole focus was getting the house safely livable for my wife and son who stayed with family until the house was restored. He communicated daily at minimum (despite my inconvenient availability) and took time to make sure I understood the techincal aspects he was evaluating to verify the safety of the house. He was careful not to cause any unnecessary damage and I was able to reset the carpet (with new pad) when he was done to allow time to get insurance to cover the replacement. I would draw a comparison between his prices and others, but with his up-front quote and after talking to him for a few minutes I had no doubt he was the one I wanted to work with. I never called the others back to get their pricing and if I ever have a similar need in the future he'll be the one I call. I'm glad I had him to help take care of my family while I was away.

He recommended the services I needed before having him come out for my specific situation he explored all options with me to help me figure out was best for my situation! 5 starts isn’t nearly enough!
