Had such a peace-of-mind experience recently with 4D! Our outdoor water faucet began to leak into our interior wall and 4D came out with urgency on a weekend! We appreciated the quick attention to the water damage and how professional they were to work with. 4D was so efficient, and detailed whe it came to mold remediation from this leak. They set up proper containment, used negative air pressure, dehumidifiers and used proper equipment and protocols to keep us healthy within the home. They were kind, compassionate, and had great work ethic from start to end. I would highly recommend calling them for water damage/leaks or mold remediation. They understand safety, and health comes first for the family.

Very professional interactions with the company. They came in, set up containment correctly, cleaned thoroughly with the HEPA vacuum before removing each item from the containment area. Passed a very thorough post-remediation mold inspection. We are very happy with the results and look forward to our rebuild!

I did quite a bit of research before deciding which mold remediation company to use and I liked that 4D Restoration takes all of the necessary steps to do their job properly - most do not. I also liked that they are a small, family-run business with genuinely good people working for them who actually care about their clients’ health. They will make sure that they get it right, while also making their customers feel heard, supported, and comfortable with the outcome before walking away.
