We had a ton of water damage in our kitchen. All of the cabinets and floor had to be ripped out and replaced, back splash had to be replaced as well and drying out of the crawl space. John and Eric were wonderful. John went above and beyond to get our kitchen complete before Thanksgiving. Everyone was friendly and professional and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I had fire and smoke/soot damage on the lower level of my house. Alphonso and Joe came in and in 2 days took the bathroom and laundry room down to the studs, pulled all the carpet from the family room and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the whole lower level. You can't even tell there was ever a fire. They worked constantly and cleaned behind themselves as they worked. I highly recommend ServPro and the team of Alphonso and Joe. They even cleaned all my pictures and a mirror I really wanted to save and they all look like new. Also, the smoke smell is out of my house. It's amazing!! I'm a very happy customer. Tim & Alan from Servpro North shop came to set up equipment to dry and dehumidify our basement that had a water leak due the recent heavy rains. Both of them were very polite and explained everything clearly. They also explained how much carpet padding was removed. I asked them to spray the walls with a disinfectant while they were spraying the carpets. They willing did that. Really appreciate Tim & Alan's explanations on everything they did. They arrived on time, did their work very professionally. I do recommend Servpro for any mitigation jobs. This is the second time we are using their services.
