Tim & Alan from Servpro North shop came to set up equipment to dry and dehumidify our basement that had a water leak due the recent heavy rains. Both of them were very polite and explained everything clearly. They also explained how much carpet padding was removed. I asked them to spray the walls with a disinfectant while they were spraying the carpets. They willing did that. Really appreciate Tim & Alan's explanations on everything they did. They arrived on time, did their work very professionally. I do recommend Servpro for any mitigation jobs. This is the second time we are using their services.
