I called late on a Sunday afternoon. The associate, Wilson, showed up at the time he said he would. Wilson was quick to assess the situation a started setting up fans and dehumidifiers in my flooded basement. He explained what to expect and scheduled a return visit in two days. When he returned, the basement was dry, he inspected the area and ask if I had any questions. After our discussion, he loaded up his equipment and went on his way. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
