Everyone at The Basement Doctor was great to work with. Luke was prompt and professional every step of the way, coming out to speak with me late in the evening after reaching out. The project manager Keaton was very professional, calling me when he was on his way to and from my house. He answered all of my questions and was thorough in his explanations. Isaiah and Final were working along side him and they did an excellent job. Once the job was completed they put my washer and dryer back into place, as well as re-seeded my yard. I highly recommend working with them.

We are thoroughly pleased with our interaction with Charlie Murphy and the work performed by Patrick Beach and his installation team (Danny and Daniel). Charlie explained everything thoroughly and Patrick and team worked efficiently and kept us informed throughout the installation. We had a vapor barrier installed in our crawlspace, a basement window and frame replaced and the opening to our crawlspace framed with lumber. Very happy with the final product and the professionalism of the Basement Doctor team.

My wife Jeannine K and I had two quotes from The Basement Doctor earlier this month and we went ahead with the smaller job first, which involved installing a series of carbon fiber supports on our basement wall, which was beginning to buckle inward. Our plan was to assess our experience with The Basement Doctor on that smaller job before going forward with the larger job. Our foreman Evan Robert came out to the house a few days before the actual job (which I believe was the 8th of May) to assess the work he needed to do and we were immediately put at ease by his knowledge and experience. I'm a fully remote tech guy and my wife is a college professor, so I'm home all the time and my wife works from home quite a bit. We're not used to having people in our house, frankly - we're kind of shut-ins. The whole concept was stressful to us - a work crew in the basement all day. So it was a huge relief that Evan and his crew were so unobtrusive and professional. At one point I mentioned to Evan that we have a cat and to try not to let the cat out and seriously, it seemed like he was more worried about the cat than I was from that point on - and I LIKE that cat. It's impossible to do what these guys were doing quietly, of course, but I swear I honestly forgot they were down there a couple of times. They were careful walking through the house, cleaned up after themselves, and we ended up having a smoother experience with the whole job than we ever could have imagined. Bottom line is, this was a big expense and we knew if needed done, but it felt very much worth it when we saw the end result. We can't praise Evan and his crew enough and we'll be requesting him (if that's even possible) when we schedule the large job. The Basement Doctor should be proud to have Evan and his crew out here representing their company, and doing such great work with such a stunning level of professionalism and quality. Give these guys a raise.
