Triguard has been such a pleasure to work with. They have been so kind and supportive through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable and performed the job with great professionalism. What stood out was their willingness to address the root cause of our mold issue rather than just clean it and cover it up. This made me trust them even more since they care about the customers not needing to spend more money on repairs down the road by taking care of the underlying issues. Don’t hesitate to hire them!!!

I would not recommend TriGuard based on my experience with water mitigation after a significant plumbing leak in my home. They initially came out and left one dehumidifier for approximately three days with no air movers/fans, despite water having traveled through multiple areas of the house. I was told there was no moisture in areas where I later found obvious wet flooring. What concerned me just as much was the lack of documentation and communication. I never signed any paperwork or authorization, I was never provided with a written scope of work, and I was never given a clear moisture map showing what had been tested, what was wet, or what they planned to remove. I was also told that TriGuard had been in contact with my insurance company regarding the mitigation work. I later learned that my State Farm adjuster had not actually been contacted by them, despite my specifically wanting the mitigation company and insurance adjuster to coordinate before demolition began. I was also extremely disappointed with the level of attention being given to the actual job while they were at my home. On one of the visits, the workers spent what appeared to be more time standing in my front yard smoking cigarettes than they did inside thoroughly checking and assessing the affected areas of my home. Considering I was relying on them to determine where moisture remained after a significant water loss, that did absolutely nothing to inspire confidence. During the process, they also removed a closet door and left it detached, with no explanation or follow-up about when it would be addressed. When I terminated their services, they left their equipment behind at my home, and I had to contact them myself to remind them that it was still here and needed to be picked up. When TriGuard returned, the plan was suddenly to begin removing flooring. At that point, with no signed paperwork, no written scope, no moisture documentation provided to me, no coordination with my adjuster despite being told otherwise, and multiple loose ends left for me to deal with, I had completely lost confidence in the process and terminated their services. Water mitigation is stressful enough without having to question what is being done, what has been documented, whether the company is communicating with your insurance company as represented, or whether your home is even being thoroughly assessed. I expected clear documentation, transparency, consistent communication, and confidence that my home was actually being dried correctly. That was not my experience with TriGuard.

I am so happy with the work Triguard did. I really thought the job was going to cost a lot more and be much more time consuming, but that wasn’t the case with them. They came in, did the estimate, game me the estimate and we set a time. Our schedules were conflicting at first but I’m sure that’s common with us 9-5ers. All in all, I would definitely recommend them.
