Our insurance company contracted with Rainbow to do cleanup and restoration prep after we had water in our basement. Angelo and his crew were fabulous and couldn’t have done a better job. but here we are four weeks later and we cannot move forward with our repair because rainbow has not sent our bill to our insurance company. Liberty Mutual has given me weekly updates and repeatedly has said rainbow still has not sent them the bill, even trying to escalate the situation, therefore we cannot begin work on the restoration. And, to make matters worse, we requested an estimate from Rainbow to do all of the repairs since their preliminary work was so wonderful. Three Phone calls later, we still haven’t gotten an estimate, only excuses!! Unacceptable customer service.
Angelo kept us well informed during the entire process. The project was handled very professionally.
