PuroClean Home SaversMold Remediation in Hilliard, OH

PuroClean was very responsive and professional throughout the entire water mitigation process. Deji, Shannon, and Tyler were helpful, knowledgeable, and kept us informed about what they found and what needed to be done next. They carefully checked the affected areas for moisture, set up the dehumidifiers and air movers, and continued monitoring everything until the areas were completely dry. We really appreciated their communication, reliability, and the care they took with our home. I would definitely recommend PuroClean for water damage mitigation!!

We had a water leak that caused damage to our kitchen floor and basement ceiling, and PuroClean was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and immediately got to work assessing the situation and preventing further damage. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process, what to expect, and the next steps. They made a stressful situation feel much more manageable and gave us confidence that everything was being handled properly. A special thank you to Deji, who was great to work with and helped make the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend PuroClean to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration services.

After excessive rain and a sump pump failure, we enlisted the help of Puro Clean to make sure our basement was fully dry before renovation. DJ and CJ were the ones to help us and they were amazing- prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and why it needed to be done.
