By the next day, they had removed all damaged materials, including carpet, wood flooring, trim, and the bathroom vanity. They left the dehumidifiers and fans in place for several days to ensure the floor, sill plates and drywall dried thoroughly. The team returned daily to inspect progress and take moisture readings. They also worked seamlessly with our insurance company, providing the necessary documentation and estimates. Ash even met the insurance adjuster onsite to review the damage and outline the restoration plan. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this company.
