Best Option Restoration has been outstanding in handling the water remediation in our basement. Ash, Dom, and the entire team have been exceptional from start to finish. When our water heater ruptured and flooded the basement wall to wall, I called Ash, the project manager, and he arrived within an hour. He immediately coordinated with Dom and the rest of the team, and they got to work right away. That same day, they installed large dehumidifiers and industrial fans to begin the drying process. By the next day, they had removed all damaged materials, including carpet, wood flooring, trim, and the bathroom vanity. They left the dehumidifiers and fans in place for several days to ensure the floor, sill plates and drywall dried thoroughly. The team returned daily to inspect progress and take moisture readings. They also worked seamlessly with our insurance company, providing the necessary documentation and estimates. Ash even met the insurance adjuster onsite to review the damage and outline the restoration plan. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this company. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
It would be difficult to find a more fair, honest and hardworking team of experts than Wes, Ash, Dominic and Shea at Best Option Restorstion. They earn the title “ best option”. Wes quickly reviewed my dilemma over the phone and quickly sent Ash to manage the project. He was concise, precise and wise in his assessment and soon had Fominic and Shea in my basement and hard at work. At every stage they listened and responded with respect and dedication to meeting my expectations. Thank you, gentlemen for getting me through a difficult time and restoring my basement…and my faith in the good will of a service-oriented company. Bravo!
