I had sump pump kick off in a major thunderstorm and left my basement with two inches of water. When I discovered the problem I called Puro Clean they came out the same day and started their service within a few hours.Two days later it was completed. Terry and Nick a great job. I would recommend them for your job.
My insurance agent recommended Rick at Puroclean and gave me his number on Saturday morning after my basement flooded. I spoke to Rick at 8:15 am and Chuck and Charne were at my house before noon. I live almost an hour from Columbus. They bailed me out for sure. Pulled all carpet, sucked up the water sprayed to insure I didn’t get mold and dehumidified the basement. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend the entire team. Thank you!
What a mess we had. A sump pump failure left us with 3 - 4 inches of standing water in our finished basement. It was a stressful and heartbreaking situation to find the basement flooded and so much of our lives floating. The Columbus Office of PuroClean did an amazing job from the time Nick M. arrived to assess the situation and provide the quote to when Terry and Nick left with the fans and dehumidifier. All staff were very professional and so helpful in removing furniture, flooring, drywall as well as other ruined contents and just being reassuring. They kept us informed at every step and called prior to arriving which was so helpful given we were working remotely. I certainly hope we dont have to use their services again but if in the same situation - we know who to call first. We highly recommend the Columbus PuroClean Team. Be sure to ask for Nick M, Terry and Nick - these guys went above and beyond!
