My laundry, basement, and a portion of my kitchen flooded or had quite a bit of water due to a washing machine malfunction. On a SUNDAY -Curtis and Cathy came to my home within an hour or so and immediately started to work removing the water, some damaged drywall etc. Very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and the follow-up and monitoring was top notch. Curtis was able to save the wood floor that was impacted by water in my kitchen that spans the entire 1st floor. It took a few weeks to dry but his methodical patience and experience came through. Highly recommend iDry!
We had field mice come into our basement and leave many droppings on the shelves in our entire basement. I contacted I-Dry for cleanup of this mess. They promptly came out and looked at the problem and gave me an estimate to do the job. The next week they came to do the job. Curtis and his assistant took everything off the shelves which surround the entire large basement. They cleaned up all the mouse droppings, disinfected the shelves and put everything back on the shelves. They also removed some carpets and dry wall and metal brackets. My basement looks great. It also smells fresh and clean. They were prompt, polite and friendly. I would totally recommend this company for any major cleanup you need. I-Dry is an excellent company!
