Unfortunately, we have had to use ServPro twice for water damage at our home. Both times, they were outstanding. After calling, they showed up within an hour and immediately started bringing in fans and other equipment to deal with the water. The team was large, probably around ten people, and everything felt organized and efficient right from the start. Everyone was professional and clearly experienced. We especially want to thank Greg, the general manager, along with Ray and John. Ray and John were incredibly helpful, particularly when it came to managing our two dogs and our cat during the process. Having mitigation work going on while trying to keep pets safe and calm is traumatic, and they were patient, thoughtful, and went out of their way to help. We are very thankful for the entire ServPro team and would absolutely call them again if we ever need their help.

Gregor and his team of Michelle and Denise are simply amazing. I can’t express how deeply grateful I am for having them assigned to my house fire. Gregor has put up with my anxiety attacks, Michelle and Denise have taken care of my things as if they were their family members items. Michelle and Denise will put things aside have you come into the house with them and ask you what has sentimental value to you. Each one of them has made me feel cared for, not alone, and like someone is looking out for me and my things. If you can ask for a team from your adjuster or insurance. I highly recommend ServPro and especially Gregor’s team of Michelle and Denise. Update 4/9/26. As I unbox my items i can’t express how thankful i am to Michelle and Denise’s care for my personal Items. Russ Wheeler- thank you and your oversight for my beautiful Reno kitchen. This process has been emotional and I appreciate your holding my hand throughout it. You should run classes at the local cities on what to do if you have a house fire. Maybe ServPro could pay you to do these classes as a public service. Edit 4/9/26- duct cleaning. The young men came to do the duct cleaning today. They were very nice. They took good care to make sure to not mark up my newly painted walls and protected the floors. They were very courteous. Recommend

I recently purchased a home that hadn’t been cleaned in years and former owner was a heavy smoker. The Serv-Pro crew did a fantastic job scrubbing the entire house, washing walls, ceilings, removing insulation and sanitizing the attic crawl spaces. I couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism shown by the crew-Angie, Britney, Mikey and Tyler. They showed up on time and worked two full days. It was a tough job and there’s no way I could have done all of it myself. I highly recommend the team at Serv-Pro!
