I am very disappointed with the service I received. Communication throughout the project was poor, and it was often unclear about what work was being done and when. The job extended over several weeks, with different workers coming in and out, which added to the confusion. At one point, a wall was torn out that I feel was unnecessary and may have been done to increase costs. Additionally, the team created a significant mess and failed to properly prepare or contain the work area beforehand. This resulted in hours of additional cleanup that could have been avoided with basic precautions like covering surfaces or setting up barriers. There was also a lack of consideration for my situation as someone who works from home. On one occasion, they brought in a jackhammer without any prior notice, and the noise forced me to stop working for the rest of the day. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and would not hire them again. You will see from picture dust everywhere and and they didn’t even finish the wall. They were trying to make my brick wall dry?!

Although our basement flood could’ve been a lot worse – we had a lot of anxiety and fear about the damage that was done. The Servpro team was so professional and thorough. They made me feel at ease that they were really checking every spot and making sure that we didn’t have mold growth - and wouldn’t in the future. I feel very comfortable about the work that was done to dry out the space quickly. The team was always on time and communicating with me despite my crazy schedule sometimes working from home.
