They brought their equipment got it set up communicated regularly to let us know the status of the water mitigation, gave us accurate estimates and re-estimates as the project continued. I found josh to be an extremely responsive project manager for this company. I felt in really good hands and would highly recommend josh and his team.
From the first appointment with Integrated Restorations, the process has been incredibly wonderful. Kevin (Estimator), Jake (Contract manager), Martin and Ricky (Management) go above and beyond to provide everything needed for the restoration of my ground level. Jake, the contract manager, was always available by phone and text. Jake is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. All the crew showed up on time and when that promised. They provided vendors that made the restoration affordable with our insurance company payout. I highly recommend this company to anyone doing any type of restoration. I've already referred the company to friends and family. Contractors get a bad name. This company does what they promise and more. Thanks for a job well done.
