My dog was skunked in the face and before I knew what happened, he was inside rubbing his face all over everything trying to get it out of his eyes. Everything I read online was, the smell will be there no matter what you do. I called multiple places. Some said flat out, we can’t help you, I don’t want to waste your money. Most places I couldn’t even get a call back or it was a call center that couldn’t answer my questions. When I called Vodo, Mark answered the phone and it was so nice to finally get someone who I could speak with. He was so kind and was even honest that he wasn’t a hundred percent sure he could help, but that he would find out. He called right back and explained how they thought the could help. Answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. It was so refreshing to get amazing customer service. He deserves a raise. The gentleman who came to clean were awesome as well. They were kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly incredibly thorough. I couldn’t believe it. My house finally felt like my house again. After hours of people telling me there was nothing they could do or waiting for calls back, feeling like I would just have to sit in this awful smell in my house for months, Vodo offered me peace of mind and most importantly, the feeling of being able to relax in my own home again when it seemed impossible, and that is priceless. Thank you guys so much!
We used VODA for routine cleaning after reading many rave reviews. Mark, the manager, made scheduling upholstery cleaning and area carpet pick-up a breeze. Aaron, the technician, was prompt, friendly and professional. Together, we reviewed all the tasks to complete and he got to work. When finished, including the stair carpet we added on, he walked through the results (pulled a lot of dog hair-yikes!) and offered a few additional tips. We’ll update when our cleaned carpets are returned, but assuming the service is consistent, we’ll just be adding to the raves!
AMAZING company. We called at 10:00 am for an emergency on our carpet and they showed up at 11:30 am. Dave walked in with great confidence. He was very friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend & we will be using them again for air duct cleaning. Don’t look any further- give them a call! Best decision we made!!!!!!!
