It is the first time I have used Voda cleaning for carpet cleaning and I will never go elsewhere. Aaron was my technician and he showed up exactly on time, explained the process of treating multiple dog stains and how they pretreat and don’t oversaturate the carpet to avoid bringing up stains from the pad. The carpet has never looked better. Great personal attention. Not in a hurry to get in and out. Highly recommend.

We used VODA for routine cleaning after reading many rave reviews. Mark, the manager, made scheduling upholstery cleaning and area carpet pick-up a breeze. Aaron, the technician, was prompt, friendly and professional. Together, we reviewed all the tasks to complete and he got to work. When finished, including the stair carpet we added on, he walked through the results (pulled a lot of dog hair-yikes!) and offered a few additional tips. We’ll update when our cleaned carpets are returned, but assuming the service is consistent, we’ll just be adding to the raves!
