Tyler and the crew did excellent work. They have good work ethics, wasn't on their phones, focused on the job. Polite and respectful. Made a good call on an unexpected issue and completed the job. I could write a book with all STOP did for us during our time of need. Grant was in charge and was hands on with our mold remediation process. Grant and his team were very positive and supportive with our emotions and stress. He made our home a priority and even came back to check out some additional areas. I love the fact that STOP encourages you to have a 3rd party company come to confirm the problem prior to treatment and also check after completion. We even needed a plumbing issue resolved. They called Benjamin Franklin and took care of it all for us. I told you, we have so many great things to say! Since having the mold remediated, my health improved immediately.
