While my carpets didn't look brand new when Apke cleaners were done, they clearly were 100% better, and much much nicer than the over-rated competitor who advertises on a regular basis. Joel arrived on time (a little early, actually). He listened and observed the areas to be cleaned. He informed me of the limitations that he has and allowed me to separate my sectional before cleaning the living room. He completed the work with no disturbance to my work. He completed the 4 rooms and 1 set of stars quickly and thoroughly. The carpets look awesome! Looking forward to using Apke again next time.
