I am very pleased with everything that Paul Davis has done for us so far. Bob White has been excellent in communicating and follow up during our project. We aren't done yet and I look forward to continuing to work with this great staff of people.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Paul Davis. The project took significantly longer than originally promised (5mo as opposed to 5weeks), with little communication or accountability regarding the delays. They admitted they lacked proper oversight of their subcontractors and project management throughout the job, which resulted in repeated issues and unnecessary setbacks. In addition, the final cost exceeded the original expectations, and I do not feel the additional charges were justified by the quality or progress of the work. Most concerning, the project was not fully completed despite the time and money invested. Now I am left with a partially finished project and have to hire another contractor to finish the job because Paul Davis’ contractors are not capable of completing the work they promised. My insurance company hired this contractor expecting professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in all three areas.
