I was worried that I had mold under my wood flooring so I reached out to David at Apex. I selected his company due to the many 5 star reviews and he did not disappoint. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained his observations and the process required to assess whether I had mold. I was extremely relieved to hear that the lab reports indicated that I do not have mold. I really appreciate the fact that David was upfront and honest about his findings and did not try to upsell or perform unnecessary work. With this type of job where the same people are performing the inspection as the people that would potentially do the remediation work, it’s crucial to hire someone that is trustworthy and David demonstrated that he is. I’m so glad I chose Apex!

Great experience with wonderful customer service. David arrived on time and conducted the inspection thoroughly while giving me additional thoughts on my house. He went above and Bronx by going outside and looking at the back of my house to make suggestions to shore up a couple areas that might be causing occasional leaks. Even my contractor had been unsure of how to handle. Highly recommend!!
