Jesus Acosta and his crew were super helpful at explaining everything and very detail oriented in everything that he did to make sure I was taken care of. Yesenia and her whole crew at servepro were amazing. Yesenia went above and beyond as her crew did, including Karen and her crew who did the pack pit. Yesenia came in and actually found the water leak which was the water line to the refrigerator and something with our dishwasher as she pulled it out to find the water line to the refrigerator leaking. She is amazing, and my wife and I really appreciated her, her crew, Karen and her crew and Josh their Supervisor for everything. Now we are just waiting for contractor to come out and estimate the rebuild. Thank you Servepro, you all are amazing.
