I cannot say enough, great things about Vlad and the company! I had a mold inspection done, and Vlad was not only extremely punctual, communicative, and amazing to deal with, but he completely blew my expectations out of the water! My experience with 911 Restoration.... Spencer himself was the first to show up to take a look at the situation and assess what needed to be done. He was very professional and very kind and empathetic to what had happened in my home. My water heater burst in the middle of the night, as soon as they were contacted they were on the scene. Once Spencer had determined what needed to be done, his team immediately came to my home, followed his instructions always checking to make sure I was comfortable. They kept me informed every step of the way. They also made sure to let me know what the next step was and offered any type of assistance. These guys are truly knowledgeable. I am currently disabled, using a wheelchair and sometimes a walker. The guys were more than kind and even brought me coffee one morning.😊They went above and beyond to do the job with the least amount of interference in my normal daily life. I will forever be appreciative of the job they have done and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any type of problem they provide services for. Thank you guys you are all awesome! From start to finish, 911 Restoration was fantastic. I spoke with Spencer the majority of the time and not only was he professional and polite, but he responded to any questions I had right away. When it came to the actual inspection and removal of mold, they were very thorough and explained exactly what they were doing and why. All in all, I would love to work with them again simply because of their professionalism, politeness and customer service. Thank you guys!
