I only had the first company come out because it was recommended by the plumber : / ) The owner personally came out and performed a thorough, complimentary inspection of the shower wall and surrounding areas (even the adjacent walls and other rooms) using specialized moisture meters. He quickly determined that everything was completely dry and that no restoration or remediation was needed. Servepro to the rescue.. we had a pipe burst in our bedroom, water was everywhere. Of course emotions are all over the place. I called servepro to come out to asses and assist.
