Hector and his crew always came on time and were very respectful. I spent an entire day with him and watched how he engaged with his team on the first day. My husband and I talked about how impressed we were with how he worked side by side with them like an equal and also lead them at the same time. He took every chance he could to make every task a teaching moment if anyone had not tried a certain task before. They accidentally left fingerprints on our very high vaulted ceilings. When I pointed it out and asked if they would get them cleaned, he said he or someone in his crew would comeback the next day to clean it up. They didn’t have the right ladder that day. He agreed with me that it would bother him too. I have faith that they will take care of it. Gabriel came by every day to check the readings to make sure the fans and the dehumidifiers were doing their jobs. He also had to repair the encasement because it just didn’t want to stay up. Between These two and their boss Thomas I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. Some things went wrong, that’s life. The five stars come from how you handle the issues. They fixed or are in the process of fixing them. They took care of it asap or called someone who could.
