Restorerz Emergency Services - Las VegasMold Remediation in Las Vegas, NV

Thomas was here today to help us. He was a great help, walked us through the process and reassured us every step of the way!! Great professionalism all around! Elvin Santos and Hector Garcia were here today and did a PHENOMENAL job in our kitchen. We are so impressed with their work from beginning to end!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hector and his crew always came on time and were very respectful. I spent an entire day with him and watched how he engaged with his team on the first day. My husband and I talked about how impressed we were with how he worked side by side with them like an equal and also lead them at the same time. He took every chance he could to make every task a teaching moment if anyone had not tried a certain task before. They accidentally left fingerprints on our very high vaulted ceilings. When I pointed it out and asked if they would get them cleaned, he said he or someone in his crew would comeback the next day to clean it up. They didn’t have the right ladder that day. He agreed with me that it would bother him too. I have faith that they will take care of it. Gabriel came by every day to check the readings to make sure the fans and the dehumidifiers were doing their jobs. He also had to repair the encasement because it just didn’t want to stay up. Between These two and their boss Thomas I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. Some things went wrong, that’s life. The five stars come from how you handle the issues. They fixed or are in the process of fixing them. They took care of it asap or called someone who could.

Thomas and Hinie came out to see the damage and access what to do next. They both were amazing and really do work for the client and not the insurance company. They helped me file an insurance claim and what steps are next and said they will be here through out the process.. I felt so secure in making this decision to have them care for my water damage. They were there every step and helped… they would be the only company that I would consider . Also hector did the cleanup and made sure all jobs were done other standards . I could tell he was proud to working for restorez
