I want to be fair so I will start with what they did well. They are good at working with insurance companies, securing funds, and getting you into relocation. That part of the process was handled. Everything after that is where it falls apart. Our insurance claim was nearly $90,000. Two years later I am still dealing with the consequences of their repair work. They installed trim throughout my entire home and never caulked any of it. I only discovered this because I spotted a roach traveling through the gap between the trim and the wall. Before they touched my home, this was not an issue. They created the entry points and left them open. Caulking is not expensive. It is not complicated. It was simply not done. They never sealed the tub after their work. That led to an ant problem. They removed an outlet during repairs and never restored it. The bathroom was not covered by insurance and was excluded from the work entirely. We are still dealing with those issues today. The flooring they installed has shifted significantly. I am now going to have to pay out of pocket to have their work properly finished. What makes this worse is that I personally recommended this company to my mother when she had a water damage situation. Here is what happened to her. They over mitigated her home to the point where her insurance refused to pay for repairs. They unplugged her refrigerator and destroyed it with no offer to replace it. My mother ultimately had to sell her house because of the substandard work they did. Two households. The same pattern. If you need someone to talk to your insurance company, they can do that. If you are trusting them to actually restore your home, please consider this a warning and do your research first.

I had significant water damage to my home in December of 2021. Pinnacle responded and was on the way before I even got off of the phone. The staff was very professional, informative and caring. I have never worked with a more caring company. They were very respectful of my home and understanding of my concerns. Travis and crew started this project with the water mitigation, demolition and packing and Deborah and her staff finished it out with the move-in and unpacking. The care this company shows is impressive. They replaced every item just as they had found it. I have never worked with a more professional group. If you have never been through a water damage scenario, it can be daunting. These professionals made it much more tolerable than it could have been. Thank you Pinnacle.

The company did an awesome job in repair/restore of a water damage ceiling in my garage due to a water leak a couple of weeks ago. Bennie was meticulous and his attention to detail for the excellent work on patching up/repairing the damage drywall...you can't see/tell the difference of the before and after of the damage to the ceiling because it was restored beautifully, I can tell Bennie takes pride in his work!
