Joel and Jacob did an amazing job at my property. I had a water leak, and my home builder called them out right away. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job from start to finish. I truly appreciate their quick response and quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
I had an excellent experience working with Jaime from American Flood Response. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Jaime took the time to explain everything clearly, arrived on time. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend Jaime and American Flood Response to anyone in need of restoration services. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Jaime was very meticulous and made sure our floors were protected. He communicated really well and was easy to talk to. He clearly explained the steps he would take to address the issues caused by our leaking AC unit. Based on what he has done so far, he seems very knowledgeable. He’ll be coming back on Monday to continue the work. We keep our indoor temperature set at 80°F, and he didn’t mind at all. In fact, he said he would even be fine if the AC were turned off.
