Miguel is Top Notch! I found him going by reviews and he had so many great ones, I gave him a shot.. super glad I did! He came over fast, he was knowledgeable, straight up, honest, clean and thorough. He helped me out pointing me to insurance amd guiding me through it, as well as directing me to partners when he didn't provide a service, like plumbing and drywall. He took the time to clearly explain my options when dealing with the insurance companies, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. He was always on time, extremely responsive, and communicated proactively throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they took immaculate care of my home. Their work was professional, respectful, and thorough. Miguel was honest, trustworthy, and responsive—exactly what you need in a service business. What really stood out was his follow-through and updates. He checked in before work began to make sure everything was clear and continued to follow up even after the service was completed and payment was made. That level of care and accountability is rare. I would 1000% recommend All Dry without hesitation.
I worked with All Dry to take care of mitigation work in my house that was caused by a leak in the bathroom. Miguel (Mikey) worked with us to get an estimate as well as did our demo/mitigation work. His communication was swift and concise throughout the whole process. Mikey was very helpful and took his time to make sure we understood everything that was going on before, during, and after the job was done. He also did everything he possibly could to minimize the demo and save what he could for restoration. They do honest and high quality work at a reasonable price. Our experience with him and All Dry were second to none! I would recommend for my friends and family with confidence! If I have any future problems, I will ABSOLUTELY be calling Mikey and All Dry!
