We had NextLevel remove our large bathtub and replace it with a large shower and they did an excellent job. The initial meeting with the estimator went well and he presented a variety of options while also listening to what we wanted and what our vision was for the remodel. The installers quality of the work and care with our home was great, they were very careful to mask off areas of the house and control dust during the entire process. They did a good job cleaning up each day and at the end of the project. We are overall very happy with the experience and really enjoy our new bathroom.

I had a water leak on my second floor that leaked down into the ceiling and wall of the first floor. I hired Next Level to: 1. Replace the subfloor and tile on the second floor. This also required repairing and painting some sheetrock and fixing some minor plumbing issues with a new toilet and J-arm connection from P-trap. 2. Replace sheetrock on first floor ceiling and wall, minor plumbing upgrade to washer box, and build out some sheetrock shelves and soffit in a storage room. All this required sheetrock repair and paint also. Specifics 1. The crew was the best crew I've worked with in Albuquerque. Polite, patient, and attentive. Genuinely good people. I made a lot of changes and add-ons and they accommodated me every step of the way with fast service and transparency. 2. This is a good company. They're busy trying to fit people in, including me at the last minute. The good with that is that you get fast service. The downside is that it was kind of here and there which made the project take quite a number of days for the amount of hours involved. 4 hours here, 4 hours there, etc. 3.Quality and Cleanliness: The demo, framing, tile, plumbing, were top-notch 5-stars. The finishing work I give a 4 out of 5 for the mud work, sheetrock prep, prime, paint, and silicone. This started out very strong and slightly slipped toward the end. 4. Standing by their work. They immediately came back to fix my toilet and take care of some spots they missed. I trust their work and feel like I can count on them if something comes up in the future. 5. Customer Service. They accommodated my changes, took care of any issues, proactively reached out to communicate, and were very respectful. Ultimately I'd hire them again.

Their technician in the very beginning did the most thorough job compared to the other quotes we received. He took pictures and video and really looked over the areas that were exposed to mold. We felt very confident in hiring this company. They communicated with us in every step and did excellent work in removing the mold affected areas.
