We were in the process of buying a home and needed a mold inspection. We needed it done ASAP and moldbusters sent someone out the next day. He was polite, prompt, and very thorough. Within an hour of the inspection I had all the documentation I needed to send over to the lender. The process was simple, customer service was kind and helpful, and we were overall very satisfied. :)

I had a very good experience with Mold Busters NM after smelling what could be mold in my bathroom and seeing signs of water damage. Alberto showed up on time for the visual inspection and explained different options to remediate if needed. I decided to do the air test, which is an extra cost, before taking any steps. I got the results back about a day later, and they were within normal range. I wasn't upsold anything and since everything appeared to be okay, I didn't take any remediation action. I feel comfortable that the situation isn't what I thought originally after having the air test done.

Alberto did an air quality mold sample in a bathroom for us. He is very professional and very capable. I also appreciated his ethics. Unlike a competitor, he indicated that it might be unprofessional and premature to recommend mold remediation without actually having conducted an air quality test. Mold Busters is an excellent company, and this is the second job I have used them on.
