I had a HUGE water leak in my house. It seemed impossible and then this company came along and fixed everything BEAUTIFULLY in 3 days!! They were kind, professional and talented in their restoration. My home looks better than before the flood. Thank you for all you did to fix this horrible situation!!!!
As an insurance agent I have opened hundreds of flood claims but this I experienced myself. After getting some bids I realized all remediation companies are not the same. I dealt with no shows and other contractors that couldn't do the work. It was mainly my high end faux Venition plaster paint..It stumped 2 contractors and even a painting company that simply said we're unable to " match or duplicate this type of paint job" . Not Justin he made a call, painter showed up took a sample for a couple of days came back and duplicated it no problem you can't even tell there was an issue, something that I was very concerned about.. what attracted me initially was his master certifications... These are Big credentials that mean he's taking the time to learn and has the experience to fulfill not just painting but the water remediation as well. Ultimately he said what he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Justin at Dwellsmith . PS his estimate was in line with the damages and worked well with the insurance company . Sincerely M Smith ( no relation)
We had a wonderful experience with Dwell Smith Property Restoration Expert of New Mexico. Justin and his team were professional, friendly, and truly a pleasure to work with throughout our home repair. What we appreciated most was how Justin always took the time to ask for our opinions before making any decisions. Since we don’t know much about home repairs or construction, he patiently explained everything and gave us different options to choose from, making the entire process easy to understand and stress-free. We never felt pressured, and he made sure we were comfortable with every decision. The quality of their work, communication, and customer service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Justin and his team to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional home repair and restoration services. Thank you for making our home repair experience such a positive one!
